Our engineers have extensive experience in coordinating activities of several subcontractors, reviewing subcontractor schedules, reviewing construction documents, managing claims, performing Time Impact Analysis (TIA), reviewing logic, durations, constrains, and sequencing, preparing detailed resource and cost loaded schedules with over 3000 activities and cost variance reports using Primavera P6, preparing and presenting summary reports of schedules, costs, resources and claims, providing schedule update in progress meetings to Project and Program Managers to identify and manage the potential risks and other attributes aligned with the projects deliverables.
