- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university to the approval of the engineer
- Minimum 8 years demonstrable experience of supervision of civil construction project which not less than 5years shall be in works related to tunneling projects with particular emphasis on procedures, machinery setup, monitoring tunnel site activities. - Experience should also include construction involving rock excavation, structural concrete, tunnellining installation, dewatering, waterproofing, etc..
