BvF, as an MBE Subconsultant, provided CPM construction scheduling services using Primavera P6 for a $4.3 million project. Responsibilities included reviewing the contract scope, analyzing work constraints, setting up the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and developing the Baseline Cost-Loaded Construction Schedule. BvF also prepared monthly progress schedules and provided schedule recovery recommendations through Time Impact Analysis (TIA).
The project involved constructing a new soil vapor/groundwater treatment facility at WMATA’s Chiller Plant in Washington, DC. This included building a new uninhabited brick structure adjacent to the existing Chiller Plant and installing both interior and exterior treatment equipment on WMATA-owned property.
