BvF played a crucial role in the $62 million upgrade of the Western Branch WWTP by providing comprehensive construction management scheduling support services. Responsibilities included reviewing detailed preliminary and construction baseline schedules, analyzing the Contractor’s work program submissions, and ensuring project schedule performance. BvF collaborated closely with the Contractor to identify and implement schedule improvements, monitored cash flows, and estimated the time elements of change orders.

In addition to scheduling support, BvF provided construction field engineering services, managed the flow of construction documents, implemented a web-based electronic project communication and document control system, and coordinated with A/E technical experts. The team assisted with contract administration, reviewed submittals, RFIs, and change orders, and supported the Resident Engineer and Project Manager throughout the construction phase. BvF also prepared progress reports, processed invoices, and assisted with field inspections, ensuring the project’s successful completion.
