As a DBE Subconsultant to a major consulting firm, BvF provided program management support services for the Biosolids Management Program (BMP) and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Facility project. As Project Engineer, BvF was responsible for coordinating and working with internal and external members and stakeholders of the BMP to ensure that all aspects of the CHP project were understood. BvF monitored the progress of the design effort according to the agreed schedule, protected the design intent, and facilitated the Program Management team’s involvement. Additionally, BvF reviewed drawings, specifications, shop drawings, product data, and other construction documents to confirm compliance with the conceptual design.
