Under the Construction Management Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant, BVF Engineering, Inc. is providing construction scheduling and project controls services in support of DC Water’s ongoing infrastructure rehabilitation initiatives. This BOA enables DC Water to manage multiple task orders efficiently across its extensive treatment facilities, with consultant teams assisting in maintaining cost and schedule alignment across complex scopes of work.
The Headworks Influent and Effluent Structures Rehabilitation task order addresses upgrades to critical conduit systems serving the East and West Grit Buildings at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant.
