BvF’s responsibilities include general construction management, resident engineering and inspection, and constructability reviews during the design phase. BvF is providing construction management and inspection services for: Pope Branch Stream Restoration, the St. Elizabeth Water Tank, Ft. Stanton Reservoir, and the Brentwood Reservoir Upgrade project.
