The City of Wilmington is undertaking a major infrastructure effort to rehabilitate aging sewer assets and improve system reliability. The project includes the cleaning, repair, and structural lining of large-diameter sewer mains—up to 111 inches—as well as the modification of the CSO4AN Retention Chamber. Additional work involves mechanical and electrical upgrades to enhance overall system performance.

BVF Engineering is delivering comprehensive scheduling services for this project. Responsibilities include development of the baseline construction schedule and preparation of monthly progress updates. These updates incorporate construction progress, sequencing adjustments, and field-driven changes to ensure alignment with critical milestones and overall project objectives.
