BvF Engineering is providing construction scheduling services for the $8 million Surface Parking Pavement Rehabilitation project at Vienna, Hyattsville Crossing, and Twinbrook Stations. The scope includes milling, resurfacing, full-depth repairs, ADA-compliant sidewalk, curb, and gutter improvements, utility adjustments, and traffic maintenance for pedestrian and vehicular access. Construction is phased to ensure uninterrupted bus operations and ADA compliance.

As an MBE subconsultant, BvF uses Primavera P6 for project scheduling, including setting up the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), creating the Baseline Cost-Loaded Construction Schedule, and preparing monthly progress schedules. BvF also offers schedule recovery recommendations and Time Impact Analyses for Change Orders, ensuring the project remains on track with the design-bid-build (DBB) approach.

Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) involves lane shifts, detours, and protective measures, with BvF managing additional MOT designs and securing necessary permits.
